By participating in any fundraiser or drawing hosted on this platform, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not participate.
Participation is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater). Employees, officers, and directors of the sponsoring organization and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Participation is void where prohibited by law.
Entries are only accepted from states that have been explicitly enabled by the sponsoring organization for each fundraiser. It is the Participant's responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
To enter, Participants must complete the entry form with accurate personal information (full name, email address, phone number, and state of residence) and submit payment for the selected entry tier. Each completed and paid transaction constitutes a valid entry. The number of entries received per transaction corresponds to the selected tier's bundle quantity multiplied by the quantity purchased.
All entries are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued after purchase unless required by applicable law.
Entry fees vary by fundraiser and tier. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries after the fundraiser's close date. The drawing will be conducted by the sponsoring organization. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the drawing, or if the winner is found to be ineligible or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at the organization's discretion.
Prizes are as described on the fundraiser page and are awarded "as is" with no warranties, express or implied. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless specified by the sponsoring organization.
If a prize involves a firearm or other regulated item, the winner must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Firearm prizes must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, and the winner must pass all required background checks. If the winner cannot legally receive the prize, an alternate winner may be selected or a substitute prize of equal value may be offered at the organization's sole discretion.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize. The sponsoring organization may be required to report prize values to the IRS and may request a completed W-9 form from winners.
Personal information collected during entry (name, email, phone, state) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the fundraiser, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes. If you opt in to receive email newsletters, your email address will be shared with the sponsoring organization for marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform, its operators, and the sponsoring organization shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with participation in any fundraiser or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
The platform is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any technical malfunctions, errors, or failures that may affect participation.
By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its operators, the sponsoring organization, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation or violation of these Terms.
The sponsoring organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any fundraiser at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control. In the event of cancellation, the organization may, at its discretion, issue refunds to participants.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the sponsoring organization is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
